Insulation Grant

Contact us

Insulation Grant is an independent guide run by Ellsworth Eligibility Ltd, not a government site. Use the form to ask for an installer survey, or email us about anything on the site.

Get an installer survey quote

This is not a grant application. If you hope a grant will pay, check your postcode first.

Want a quote whether or not a grant pays? Tell us where the home is and what you would like done.

When you send this, Ellsworth Eligibility Ltd shares your details with up to three accredited insulation or heating installers covering your postcode, and they may contact you about a survey and a quote. Ask us at any time and we delete them. How we handle your details.

What happens after you send it?

  1. Up to three accredited installers that cover your postcode receive your request.
  2. One of them gets in touch, usually within a few working days, to book a survey of the home.
  3. You get a quote and decide. Nothing is booked unless you say yes.

Every email gets read, and you should hear back within a few working days. If a page is wrong or out of date, say which one, and we'll compare it with the official rules.

We can't decide whether you get a grant. Only your council, its delivery partner or the scheme itself can.

How this site is run and paid for

Ellsworth Eligibility Ltd, 10 Queen Street Place, London EC4R 1BE, United Kingdom, runs the site. It is free to use and is paid for when we pass a survey request to an installer. That never changes what a page says about a scheme or the answer the checker gives.

Each page links to the official scheme rules it is based on, and the scheme tracker lists every change with its source. How we handle your details is set out in our privacy notice.
